Michelle practices criminal law. She's been practicing criminal law in Nova Scotia for more than 16 years.
In 1999, Michelle articled with a top criminal defense firm. She spent the next few years doing defense work before joining the Crown Attorney's office, where she spent the next 14 years. During her time there, she dealt with many high-profile cases, including several homicides.
In May of 2016, Michelle returned to defense work, joining Atherton Nicholson in Dartmouth. She brings valuable experience from "the other side" to help her clients.
